Day Of Coordination

Day-of Wedding Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want someone experienced to oversee the logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly. My role is to help you to feel fully supported and at ease on your wedding day!

• Creating a detailed wedding day timeline and sharing it with all vendors

• Acting as the main point of contact for vendors on the wedding day

• Managing the schedule to ensure the event runs smoothly and on time

• Coordinating the ceremony rehearsal, processional, and recessional

• Supporting the couple throughout the day so they can stay present and enjoy their celebration

• Communicating with vendors prior to the wedding to confirm final details

• Assisting with ceremony and reception setup (table and chair setup not included)

• Setting out personal items such as guestbook, place cards, favors, and small details

• Assisting the wedding party and helping guide guests as needed

• Distributing vendor gratuities and final payments provided by the couple

• Providing a wedding day emergency kit

• Assisting with gathering gifts and personal items at the end of the evening
